London residential, 2026.
What an incredibly busy three days our Year 5 & 6 children had in London this week. The children loved all the experiences exploring the capital city: London. They behaved impeccably and were a pleasure to take.
A huge thank you to Mrs Marshall, Mrs Low, Mrs Stubbs & Mr Wilson who accompanied the children and did a fantastic job of ensuring all our children had the best experience.
Our 3 days included the following:
Day 1:
- Science Museum
- London Eye Flight
- Dinner at the Great British Fish & Chip shop
- YHA youth hostel
Day 2:
- Tower of London
- Thames Clipper River Bus from the Tower of London to Westminster Pier
- Guided walk from Westminster Abbey which also included St James Park, Downing Street, Horse Guards, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, The Cenotaph and Trafalgar Square
- Dinner at Pizza Hut in Leicester Square
- Matilda at the Cambridge Theatre
Day 3:
- St Paul’s Cathedral ‘Explore St Paul’s’ including Dome ascent
- Depart London for our journey home via Macdonalds for our tea
Here is just a small sample of our hundreds of photographs we captured whilst visiting London.
