EYFS enjoyed a fantastic outdoor learning day inspired by Tiddler. Even in the rain, we had lots of fun, exploring natural materials and discussing animal habitats.
The children had a fun phonics session, joined in with an interactive story time, and used the tuff trays and sandpit to create their own animal homes.
In maths, the children collected and sorted natural objects, learning to compare groups and talk about which had more or fewer.We even got the chance to jump in muddy puddles and found the slide was more slippy when we were wet. It was a wonderful day
