On Friday we marked the start of the season of Advent by coming together as a whole school to celebrate our annual Christingle service.
Our service was led beautifully by our Vision & Values crew supported by Rev Brian Streeter.
The Christingle service was a joyful, candlelit celebration that used the children’s handmade symbolic oranges with a candle to represent Jesus as the light of the world.
The service was full of beautiful whole school singing and prayers, focussed on themes of hope and the Christian story.
A beautiful way to start the season of Advent.
