Rev Hayley led us through our week 1 of Advent Collective Worship today. We focussed on the candle of hope, which is symbolised by lighting the first purple candle on our Advent wreath. We also thought carefully about the journey that Mary was on during this time and then reflected on this by thinking of our own Advent promises.
