On Tuesday 9th May, Year 4 went on their M and T Adventure day!
They went to Tiberthwaite for the day to complete lots of different activities. They walked through the Langdale Valley, through quarries up to Cathedral cave. They experienced what it would have been like as an 8 year old working in the dim light in the mine shafts. They then had to navigate their own way back to the bus, with no adults! All of the children encouraged and supported each other to keep going throughout the day and made it back to the bus.
A super day Year 4!
